my 25 day boy not doing poo from last night not even farting and his stomach getting harder what to do ?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare.
he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly.
if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician.
formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well.
