my 24 day girl child pooping frequently in a small quantity like watery from yesterday.but didn't pass urine from today morning.plz help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. 24 days old baby doing motion very frequently this may be normal but if it is water it may be some infection so for now you can give enterogermina 2.5 ml twice a day for 3 days and consult your doctor
