my 23 months child keepbon singing rhymes ,he says counting till 10 .cross the hurdles safely by does not make much eye contact with others apart from that he has not yet started speaking .please suggest what should be done

A. it is important to meet the pediatrician to assess the growth milestones as well as behaviour development in the child and the doctor will guide you further as if any intervention is required or not
