My 23 month old daughter is passing losse stool after every meal. The stool ia very loose and pale yellow with smell. Pz suggest some medicine anf food that can be given

You can give entrogermina drops it is probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. You can give it twice a day. Rather than this stop giving milk. Rather than normal milk you can start giving soya milk to your baby. Add more water in babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated. Still baby doesn’t get relief then consult with your paediatrician
