My 22 days old baby is having tiny pimples on both the cheeks . What is the reason?

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi parents you can apply Babyhug coconut oil or breast milk on affected area twice a day it is very helpful please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
