my 21 month old baby girl got red rashes on body? what could be the reason.. plz help

Hello,rashes during this time is due to heat and due to which babies sweat a lot and babies suffer from such kind of rashes,so firstly give bath to your baby atleast twice in a day in summers and secondly always apply medicated powder,so that baby dosen't suffer from rashes and keep your baby hydrated,which is most important.
