my 4 months 21 days baby got red rashes all over the body and also on the scalp..what's that ? please advice

Mam this is looking like some kind of an infection only you please visit your doctor I think you should visit a paediatrician or a dermatologist because they specialise in the skin area according to your comfort and start with the treatment after understanding what is the problem
