my 21 month baby suffering with cold. fever. running nose. congestion.. v much fussy. not eating well plz help

A. flucold syrup to the baby kko ccold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
