Q.
My 21 MO son dont speak at all.. like he just say pa pa pa pa pa... thats it... and that too not frequently... i am worried... till when we should wait before starting speech therapy? should i be worried?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. yes this is quite alte already language development is an indicator of brain development . Baby should start Baba mama by 8 months . Baby should be avoided for any screen time like smart phone or TV . Consult a speech therapist and doctor to avoid any speech delay .
