A sound sleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.0 your child is too small and will take more than 12 to 14 hours of sleep in a day

Hi See the sleeping pattern of a child is very unpredictable sometimes kids sleep through the day sometimes I sleep through the night and they will be up in the day so the pattern is going to keep changing it normally changes after 20 to 30 days every now and then
