#asktheexpert she doesn't take proper sleep. she always wants to play. I need to play with her the whole day. what can I do ? aren't she taking proper sleep? she gets up every 40-50 mins at night.

the best way to put the baby sleep gv good massage before bed
play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping
ensure baby is full before bed
