Q.
My 20 weeks old baby ask feedings each hour and nurses for 3-4 minutes only, weight gain is average, is it normal?

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Some babies like to keep on sucking all the time just for the comfort of being with the mother and feeling secured. You can try swaddling the baby. It could help. Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day which means the baby is taking feeds properly and u need not worry. Or ensure the child is not having any other issues like colic or reflux that could be bothering the child. Too soothe the pain the child may want to feed often.
