My 20 months bbay boy has 101.6 fever??what May b the cause n what to do??

A. Hi parent As you have mentioned she is 20 months.. You may give her the paracetamol drops in appropriate quantity (according to her weight and age) don't.use it for more than four times a day and min duration between two dose is 5 hours
