My 20 month son only has 2 teeth till now and there is no sign of lateral incisors, Canine or 1st molar. Is it normal or should I see doctor ?

A. Hi kids sometimes show a little delay in getting their milk teeth.. complete set of 20 milk teeth erupts by the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
