My 2 yr old daughter had a minor cut by iron gate in toe finger. We cleaned it with dettol and applied anti bacterial cream. Do we need to give some tetanus shot as well. It was 3 days back and pained has gone but the wound is still there.

A. Hellodear parent, if there was bleeding even a drop, then you should think of getting tetnus injections. Although children get tetnus through other vaccination as well. But accurate information through your doctor is better.
