Few kids take time to talk and some might start only when they socialise.Also keep talking to your child as and when its possible.Observe if she is speaking atleast 1 or 2 words if not sentences. Once they start school they will start talking nothing to worry.These days kids are starting late as I have seen 2 cases in my own family so dont panic just give her the time.
