Q.

My 2 years old daughter doesnot like normal milk. she used to had Lactogen. what to do? how to switch her to normal milk as I have tried open cups with horlics and other brands chocolate powder.

A. Dairy products likeb yogurt, and cheese are excellent sources of calcium. try to give other sources of calcium Of course One cup (8 oz.) of milk provides around 300 mg of calcium. Even chocolate milk and ice cream contribute to calcium intake so see what other healthy alternatives can be given
