No it is not over weight it is a good healthy weight gain that your child is having in mostly or a child should be somewhere around 14 kgs by the age of three years the child already has that kind of videos which is healthy Do not over where because there is a marginal reference range that we follow if it is 12 to 14 or 16 KG is it is considered good not over Veedu
