Q.

my 2 years 5 months kid is examined with allergic cold and our doctor give montelukast sodium chewable tablets for one month, is it safe to take that tablet, it's temporary or it have to permanently??

A. I don’t think so it’s going to be giving a permanent relief to the child it’s a temporary relief that your child is going to get with that but if you are looking for a permanent treatment C since your child is actually found allergy to a particular thing then I would advise you to go ahead with the homoeopathic treatment
