my 2 years 1month old doesn't speak anything accept two to three words he uses hand gestures to explain things.what should I do

A. Actually you need to push and encourage your child to talk so if you’re not talking I am not doing a work from you have to say this is this so the more you communicate better the child is going to learn suppose your feeding spoon tell your child a spoon so if you want a spoon or a bowl you have to say regular practice is only going to help
