Q.
my 2 year old son is having cough and mild fever but from last 2 days he is extremely lethargic. Just sleeping and nothing else. Hardly wakes up for an hour in whole day. I am giving Bro-zedex syrup for cough. please help me

difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
meet dr to rule out infection

make sure and don't fail to keep her well hydrated
give her a teaspoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply puriffied water having tds higher than 350
