my 2 year old son has been suffering from laxative and vomiting since yesterday. and his stomach is aching too. I think he has warm in his stomach. can you give me good childrens medicine to clean stomach warm.

A. if the child is two years old and if the child is having vomiting along with loose motion there may be some infection and gastroenteritis you need to consult your doctor once for this
