my 2 year old girl is not speaking yet... only saying mama and papa.... and not also eating something only drinking cows milk

kids usually speak full sentence after completion of three years.
start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

first ,if a child can understand what you say , can make eye contact while talking , respond to his name then no need to worry.
just keep talking with your child more
ask simple questions, point out different objects and talk with your child about it.
it will definitely help.
keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc.
