It is not ideal to give a conclusion on that , a proper examination is required, as this could be of varied reason, so to accurately know what it is , a thorough physical examination is required.

Mam this way we cannot confirm on anything but if you’re seeing the situation is every time please visit your doctor maybe it is associated with a problem which you genuinely need to take care or maybe it is associated with what you are saying but you cannot be sure till that time you do not get  examined by a doctor
