Try to give 3 to 4 home cooked foods in a day
Add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado paneer cheese to baby's recipes for Healthy weight gain

No Child should be somewhere around a minimum of 12 kgs by the age of 24 months it’s definitely underweight by 4 KG it’s not right to do I have to work upon a balanced nutritious diet and consult your doctor for some supplements I think your child is having deficiencies as well
