my 2 year daughter not eating food since 3-4 days.only eating 2-3 bites in whole day. she drink milk whole night and 2 times in a day. what should i do?

A. hi you need to restrict your child milk intake wean your child from night time feeding for that, give heavy food items like sheera rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease night time waking frequency
