my 2 year baby boy has loose motion and fever since last night ,he also very inactive and sleepy ,suddenly he has all this ,what should I do which medicine is best?

A. hello keep the baby well hydrated n give lots of fluids also is better to check ur doctor n he will advise with some probiotis that can help stop the motion n no worries
