my 2 year 2 month baby having fever at last night 101 .it varies between 99,98,100.3 I think she has worm and she is not eating any thing what can I do?

A. give Paracetamol drops as prescribed by your doctor maintain hydration and keep track on urine output if you notice worms in the stool give zentel syrup as prescribed by your doctor
