my 2 sons one 4 plus and other 2 plus are allergic with cough and cold they even don't eat properly the elder one have red pimples all over the body with itching please tell me what to do?

A. hello this needs a proper examination n is better to check with ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accordingly which will be better n also safe too
