my 2 months old baby girl didn't pass stool for 3 days and she is so gassy with bad smell .she feed for some time and always sleeps in the morning and wakeup at night ..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 2 months of age not pass stool for 3 days There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening it is common for small children to have constipation I would recommend that you should try to put oil in the rectum of the baby everyday it acts as a natural lubricant and you should also try to do hot compress on the stomach
