Q.

My 2 months old baby does not take enough sleep during day time... She takes a nap for about 15 to 20 mins and wakes up... And then keeps crying all the time...

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with noh irritabilithy because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

Q. Hello Madam, I had a C Section on 8th Feb 2024 and delivered baby boy. He used to sleep 6-8 hours during daytime but all of a sudden, his sleeping pattern was changed and now sleeping for only 2-3 hours. From last one week, during daytime, when he is asleep, he takes feed for 10-15 mins and then takes a nap on shoulder while doing burping for 15 mins. When we try to put him on his bed, he wakes up and doesn't sleep anymore.
