my 2 months and 9 days daughter passing watery poop with lots of gases nearly 5 to 6 times in a day.is there anything to worry?

A. hello parent your kids 2 months old passing small quantity of stools is normal in case of increased frequency of watery stools the time need to be maintained hydration with oral feeds monitor the urine output of the child if decreased kindly consult your pediatrician
