My baby is 3.5 months old and she is passing stools 5-6 time in 24 hours and it’s little watery. Is there anything to worry

No loose motions in this age can be associated with stomach infection and a lot of times it can be associated with teeth coming also but I cannot confirm what can be the right reason so it’s better for you to consult your doctor regarding the current scenario
