My 2 month old son have a black colour in tongue...what is it? He is crying and not feed as well... What can I do

Ru Giving any iron supplement to the child as that could be the reason otherwise if you’re not giving any supplements till the tongue is black and your child is not feeling well with it there is come on easiness then you should get a check with your doctor ones as to after that only you have a clarity about it
