my 2 month old baby sleeps for 5 hrs at a stretch at night. we don't go to wake him up as he doesn't sleep much in day. if we continue letting him sleep for 5 hours every night what could be the consequences? will that affect his health?

A. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut . other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not givring proper burpinhdg after each feed. Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
