My 2 month old baby has small pimples on his head? What can be the reason?

give only breastmilk till completion of six months
use only coconut oil for massage.
use soft clothing.
apply breastmilk over baby's face and wipe with clean cloth

This can be due heat.
Apply himalya calamine lotion on the forehead. It will be fine. Keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear comfortable clothes in summers. Take care
