My 2 month old baby girl pooping for more than 3-4 times a day and her poops looks like the image shared, plus having mucous in it. She is on formula feed plus breastfeed.

A. Mucus sometimes is normal to be seen but if the mucus is continuously happening then you can check with your doctor and poop 3 to 4 times in the day is also very normal as of now I do not see anything to be worried but if the thing continue the same way then get a stool test done for your child
