My 2 month 25 days old baby still put his head on one side is it normal

A. Hai good evening !! Generally babies hold neck around 3-5 months,as baby is just 2.5 months yet there is time to hold neck. Sleeping on one side mostly is ok but it might cause mark on the side which he sleeps causing less hair growth. So change sleep position from one to other side .
