my 2.7 year old toddler's teeth are becoming darker like in the photo. initially her teeth were white and clean... could you please let us know the reason for this change.. note: we brush her teeth daily without any fail

I think they’re becoming brittle also it would be good for for you to get it examined with a dentist and also brush twice in a day morning and in the night before sleeping but consulting a dentist would be the right thing for you to do as of now which is what is going to be beneficial you need to be more sure about what the problem
