my 2.5 year baby boy is not gaining weight..he is having meals on time after that his weight is 10 kg what should I do plz tell me

A. Well actually a lot of time despite of eating well due to digestion related issues or deficiencies in the body a child doesn’t gain weight so it’s good for you right now to take a assessment with your doctor and proceed with your doctors advice
