My 2.5 months old baby was pooping seedy with mucus. Today is the 3rd day. He is still pooping seedy but sometimes there is a bit less mucus. He is pooping after every feed. As advised by pediatric we have started giving him Probiotic and Zinc once a day. Baby is active and dont think he is experiencing any discomfort. And feeding more or less well. Baby is having congestion like mucus in nose and throat. i am attaching the stool photo of day 1 as no 1. Today is 3rd day.

Sometime mucus into the poop can probably be due to stomach infection also if your child is not having congestion then it could probably be associated with stomach infection right now so I’m just going to recommend you to kindly check with your doctor for further assistance
