my 2.4 yr baby girl having ear wax and may be it is hurting her....im not confirmed about she having ear pain ... what to do?

Should consult an ENT doctor they are going to tell you what is the problem once they confirm what the issue is on that basis only they can help you with the right treatment maybe some eardrops are going to be good to get rid of the problem that’s there
