Q.

my 1year 10months has fever from last three days today he has 5 to 6 motions ...pls suggest the medicine ...

A. please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water to avoid dehydration you can consult doctor if there is persistence of symptoms of fever and loose motions
