DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he is having a green watery foul smelling potty so mostly he has some infection and needs proper antibiotic and frequent breast feeding to avoid dehydration

Hi Good evening if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor. Otherwise if consistency is fine no issues
