Q.

my 1month 9days old daughter is on exclusive breastfeed. she is not gaining weight. can formula milk be given on n off to increase her weight? should I really worry about her weight gain? she is gaining weight on an average of 10gms per day.

A. Hi parent Usually 300 to 500 grams of weight gain per month is expected. But don't worry if it's not so Give her sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Mom should not use RO water as it's demineralized She should use drinking water having TDS higher than 350 Include more probiotics and millets in your diet to give her nutritious BM
