my 18month old baby received IPV 2 vaccine yesterday in his thigh area and since yesterday evening he has developed immense pain in his thigh and is unable to move it because of the pain. is this normal. he also has fever on and off. how many times can i give him paracetamol?

A. it is .Any pediatric doctor should see the baby for the examination as further management is according to the finding only . May be it's ok otherwise some tests may be required for confirming the problem .
