NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a concern and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet which can help in the growth of your child and also include your child dry fruits and dairy products along with fruits and vegetables
