Q.

my 15 month baby is suffering from sore throat and mouth ulcer by touch she feels little bit warm but in thermometer her temperature is 98.5 do i need to give her paracetamol and she refuse to eat anything

A. this is die to seasonal variation .Sneezing and cough is common in this changing wheather . So steam is a good that can be given to babies for 2 to 3 times in a day at home only . For severe cough asthakind LS and montair like medication can be given .
