my 14months old baby fell down from bed....she is normal now.....anything serious plz anyone suggest me

Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case wghich is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most jof the time .

Hello dear parent, when baby falls down from.the bed then you should look for 2 things, one is if baby is crying constantly. Second is, if baby vomits within 24 hours of falling. 
If you see any of the two or both of them.then Uou should consult with your paediatric once. Good luck and take care
