Try COP Parental Control App. It helps me out in controlling all such spamming and also I set a sleep timer with the help of this app on my daughter's phone. I sleep at 9:30 pm but she has permission to use phone till 10:30 pm because of her daily assignments and group tasks. After that the sleep timer gets activated and I don't have to stress out myself for the same.

Parent gennie you can use to control and second I would recommend you that these days there are so many apps which you can install in your phone with which you can have a track of the child’s phone and everything you can use that also your child is 14 years old kids are very smart and this age you need to talk to your child and make your child understand everything about spam calls and everything else associated and you should restrict the time also it’s not good to talk too much on the phone these days
